Services are charged on a project basis. Estimates are calculated according to the complexity of your project, as well as the estimated time it would take for a qualified service provider to complete the project.

Rush fee of 25% applies to any project with less than a 24 hr turnaround or on holidays or weekends.
Payment terms
A signed contract is required prior to the establishing of a business relationship. New clients will be requested to pay a 50% deposit before work commences on any project, with the balance due upon completion of the project. (If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.)
Established clients may make payments upon receipt of monthly invoices via:

* Business or personal check - please note that if you are a new client who chooses to pay for an initial project with a business or personal check, we cannot start working on your project until your check has cleared, which may cause unnecessary delays, particularly if you are in a rush.
